- DESC: Works very much like "Applicon" with added features such as
- KEY: JIFFYSWITCH.sit KBytes: 20480
- DESC: launching applications, opening and closing the Finder, and adding
- DESC: custom features to Finder such as a "Quit" Item in its File Menu.
- DESC: Takes up less desk space than "Applicon". Also makes use of Apple
- DESC: Events. If you select an icon to bring to the front with the option
- DESC: key down, you will automatically instruct it to Quit. With the
- DESC: command key down, you will get all sorts of information about the
- DESC: process corresponding to the icon selected.

- DESC: JustClick 1.0 - JustClick is a system extension that provides the

- 5 Keep It Up 1.1.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 02-01-1994
- DESC: Keep It Up 1.1 - Are you tired of getting the "The Application xxx
- KEY: Keep It Up 1.1.sit KBytes: 104448
- DESC: has unexpectedly quit because an error of type zz occurred"
- DESC: message? Are you depending on this application to keep running at
- DESC: all times, even when you're away? Then you should investigate "Keep
- DESC: It Up" (KIU), the new utility by the author of Autoboot. KIU
- DESC: watches certain applications and monitors if they are still
- DESC: running. If an application no longer runs because it "unexpectedly
- DESC: quit" or because the user quit it, KIU will attempt to relaunch
- DESC: this application or restart the computer. This will ensure that
- DESC: your application is always running and available. This is
- 4 KEYHOLDER.sit 4 B AMUG BBS in a Box 08-28-1991
- DESC: It seems that Apple will soon make FKEYs obsolete on future versions
- KEY: KEYHOLDER.sit KBytes: 26624
- DESC: of System 7. If you want to continue using FKEYs, you may want to
- DESC: download this application, which will archive up to 249 FKEYs and
- DESC: make them all readily available. It is System 7.0 dependent.
- DESC: Contains 6 new, small FKEYs by the author. Be sure to use "Show
- DESC: Balloons" for help on what this program does before you start to
- DESC: archive your FKEYs/ Hope you find it useful!
- 3 Kill 'em all!.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 06-15-1993
- DESC: Kill'em all! - Kill'em all is an external written for use with
- KEY: Kill 'em all!.sit KBytes: 4096
- DESC: OtherMenu which is a really cool utility written by James Walker.
- DESC: This is a great program for people with lots of memorywho tend to
- DESC: close files after looking at them rather than quiting the
- DESC: applications. After a few hours, there may be a ridiculous amount
- DESC: of open application. Want an easy way to quit them without going
- DESC: into each one? Just use Kill'em all, and quit them all at once!
- 2 KILLFDR1.sit 0 B AMUG BBS in a Box 09-24-1992
- DESC: KILLFDR1 - Kill Finder is a tiny application that will force the
- KEY: KILLFDR1.sit KBytes: 4096
- DESC: Finder to quit when it is launched. If there are no other
- DESC: applications running, the Finder will simply restart again, so be
- DESC: sure another process is in the background. Quitting the Finder will
- DESC: give you about 300K of memory, but you will lose the configurable
- DESC: part of the apple menu, so be sure you have launched all the apps
- DESC: that you will need. I wrote Kill Finder because I needed a quick
- DESC: and easy way to make the Finder quit. Some programs will make use
- DESC: of the free memory through temporary memory options and such. Kill
- DESC: Finder requires System 7.0 or higher, supports Apple Events, and is

- KEY: Kitty Litter.sit KBytes: 8192
- DESC: with a smiling cat sitting behind his clean litter box. Throw
- DESC: something away and the cat departs, leaving a stinking mess behind.
- DESC: When you select "Dump Kitty Litter" from the menu, Kitty comes
- DESC: back and his litter is fresh. Who ever heard of a fat trash can,
- DESC: anyway? Dedicated to "kitty", the cat without a name, who was
- DESC: killed by a car last summer, a darn good cat.
